Hey Everyone! It’s a new week and time for a new workout. I will admit I haven’t been super great lately. It’s pretty busy around here and I’m having a harder time just walking around, so working out is well.. it’s an adventure.
This week’s workout is a slower paced prenatal Pilates workout. It’s a lot longer than the workouts I usually post, but it’s also slower paced. Just do what you can and don’t feel bad if you can’t finish the whole workout.
